J&J invites applicants for workforce solutions, innovation programs

Johnson & Johnson invites direct care nurses to apply by Feb. 21 to a new, team-based program focused on advancing nurse satisfaction, retention and healthy work environments through in-person and virtual experiential learning workshops over 18 months. Run in partnership with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the Nursing Workforce Solutions program will include six geographic cohorts, each consisting of ten teams comprised of three or four direct care nurses. J&J also invites CNOs, nurse executives and senior nurse leaders to apply to the 2025-2026 Nursing Innovation Fellowship program by Feb. 17. The program accelerates nurse-led innovation and leadership within health systems to drive change in the health care work environment. Register for an information session in January or February.
