AONL Foundation, ALSN partner to determine nursing leadership research priorities

The AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education and the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing (ALSN) are partnering on a research study to identify gaps in current knowledge, prioritize research topics for nursing leadership and administration research, and develop a research agenda for the next five years. Both organizations note nurse leaders in all areas of practice will be able to use this agenda to develop research proposals. The agenda also will enhance the practice of nursing leadership and administration, and enhance funding opportunities at the local, state and national levels. Nurse leaders who are members of AONL or ALSN are eligible to participate in the Delphi study. For more information, contact AONL Foundation Director Dani Ward.
