Workbook highlights importance of employee feedback to organizational growth

The American Hospital Association, in partnership with Press Ganey, released the third in a series of workbooks for leaders to understand and overcome challenges in engaging their workforce. This workbook guides users on the importance of gathering feedback to gain a deeper understanding of employee experience and learn from it. Organizations should use feedback to inform decisions, adjust strategies and make meaningful improvements. The workbook describes successful practices for gathering feedback and how to use feedback to drive action within the organization.
