The 2nd Generation Insight Study
The 2nd Generation Insight Study, developed in partnership with Chartis, provides one of the most comprehensive views to date of the realities facing nurse leaders across the country. With responses from 1,338 nurse leaders representing 430 hospitals and 210 health systems — nearly 10% of AONL's membership — this study illuminates the pressures, priorities and points of resilience shaping the profession today.
