A U.S. academic-medical partnership established a joint venture with two international healthcare systems to build a culture of clinical inquiry, nurture clinician resiliency and empowerment, and advance nursing leadership. The success of this program supports an approach for developing a culture of EBP that includes key leadership engagement strategies.
